\nYears ago I started a path, walking through life. I was born under the stars and Cruz del Sur, where the wind blows and the mountains cover and impose their presence. Thus, life saw me born, in a nursery, between a working and humble family, it was there that the first aroma came … it was affection, with that, I joined life.<\/span><\/p>\n

An Argentine poet once said,<\/span>
\n“My mother gave love to the pot because it was Creole.”<\/em><\/span>
\nIt was in this way that life took me to different stages, from a child to a curious adolescent and then, to an explorer of the world to travel other horizons, full of the same sky and without forgetting my roots. I came to places that as a child, I saw far away, a different life, of course by leaving many things behind, but with a single objective, growing in life, in affections, in friends.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hugs are wraps of the soul and support of the heart. It was so that between trips and trips, I began to daydream, waking up every day with that dream … the one of the house.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text text_lead=”yes”]A person who travels and is homeless is a globetrotter, a pilgrim. But the one who has a home to arrive has love, aromas, and flavors to remember. That’s why my house is everyone’s house, like my mother’s. Everyone\u00b4s house is always open and ready to cook what there is and how it is possible, but with love.<\/span><\/p>\n

That was the way of learning, the way of returning to the origins and to what has been forgotten, people, friends, and somebody who is no longer there, but in each dish, in each glass of wine, they are part of the recipe. That is why you, my friends, are part of my house, you are part of my affections, you are part of my life, you are my house. This is why we celebrate life in a house with friends sharing bread, wine, food, smiles, tears, joys, all like in a big family.<\/span><\/p>\n
